These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ListingSnap, a WhatsApp-first sales kit for real estate brokers. By creating an account or using the public pages ListingSnap generates, you agree to these Terms.

Who this is for

ListingSnap is built for real estate brokers and agents, primarily in Bahrain, who create and share property listings, projects, and collections. You must have the legal right to list any property you add.

Your account

You sign up with your name, email, and (optionally) a phone/WhatsApp number. We send a magic sign-in link to your email rather than using a password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for all activity under your account.

Your content and the AI listing generator

You keep ownership of the property details, photos, and text you add. By publishing a listing, project, or collection, you grant ListingSnap a license to host and display that content on the public pages it generates so buyers can view it. When you use the AI generator, your raw property description is sent to Google's Gemini API to produce structured listing text. You're responsible for reviewing the AI-generated result for accuracy before you publish it — we don't guarantee the AI's output is correct or complete.

Leads and contacting buyers

When a buyer submits the contact form on one of your public pages, or clicks straight through to WhatsApp, their details and WhatsApp message go to you. You're responsible for how you store, use, and contact that person, including complying with applicable data protection and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Don't list a property you don't have the right to advertise.
Don't publish false, misleading, or discriminatory listing content.
Don't use the contact tools to send unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to a genuine inquiry.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

Fees

ListingSnap is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans or usage limits in future, we'll describe them clearly before they apply to you.

Intellectual property

The ListingSnap software, design, and branding belong to {{COMPANY_NAME}}. These Terms don't transfer any of that to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

Termination

You can stop using ListingSnap at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law. If your account is closed, your public listing, project, and collection pages stop being served.

Disclaimers

ListingSnap is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not a licensed real estate brokerage — we don't verify the accuracy of listings brokers publish or vet the brokers who use the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, {{COMPANY_NAME}} is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ListingSnap, including disputes between you and a buyer you contacted through the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continuing to use ListingSnap after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
